Paloma Melé

Paloma is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience across AI, institutional finance, energy, and sustainability, bridging top-tier investment banking and high-growth technology leadership.

She is General Manager for Spain at Model ML, the AI finance agent trusted by leading global financial institutions, where she leads the company’s growth in the Spanish market.

Previously, she was VP of Strategy at Clarity AI, the AI-powered sustainability platform backed by BlackRock, Deutsche Börse, SoftBank, and Balderton Capital. Before that, she spent 15+ years in energy and natural resources investment banking, as Director leading the Energy team at Hannam & Partners and as Vice President at J.P. Morgan, advising on more than 25 M&A, financing, and securitisation transactions across EMEA.

Paloma holds dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Law from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE), graduating top of her class. She is a native Spanish speaker, bilingual in English and German, and has working knowledge of French.
